The installation proved a bit more complex as Jason and Peter got onto it... they never got discouraged and patiently got through it. Jason showed great leadership and an outstanding commitment to client service. Even though he was running late (keeping him from his family commitments) he made sure all was done to our and his satisfaction and that we were comfortable working with the C4.
Highest quality of both workmanship and products on a fairly large indoor and outdoor project including audio and video with multiple zones, wireless network and equipment. Everyone who came into our house were unbelievably professional and hardworking throughout the 6-month + project. Lynn was always available via text, phone or email to answer any questions or give us updates along the way. We were especially impressed by the patience of the gentlemen working in our house when explaining how our new system worked. They took their time answering all of our questions and would not leave until WE could show THEM that we knew how to use all the technology. Since then, any time we have had a question, we've had immediate answers and solutions even at night and on weekends. We highly recommend Bethesda Systems.
Chris was terrific in updating my systems with efficiency and care. He was also really helpful in walking me through the upgrades. I'd want him to come back should I have any issues in future.

Hours of business state that they're open until 7pm. Made an appointment at 610. They didn't honour the appointment, were nowhere to found, and shut off their phone. I went elsewhere to purchase my speakers.
