Excellent all-round services. Prices are very competitive once you take into consideration additional charges by online retailers. The after-sales services is exceptional!! Special thank you for resolving an issue with our dish washer within a few days of reporting it. I highly recommended buying local.
Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable and courteous.
On visiting Bentley & Walker shop, requiring a T.V recorder. We were given excellent advice by a extremely patient and knowledgeable salesman. The purchased unit was delivered and set up by a polite competent technician who gave us hands on operating instructions at no additional cost. This was a personal efficient service which is most difficult to find these days.Well done Bentley & Walker.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection. Free parking.
Couldn't have been more helpful. Went out of their way to resolve problems.
Awful customer service. My mother who has been using this company years bought an Indesit washing machine which was tripping the electricity. Indesit don't have the best track record with machines catching fire. It is six months old under warranty and Bentley walker don't want to know. Apparently we have to contact Indesit. Absolutely shocking attitude
Will never be using this shop again. Avoid at all costs
Handy store what they don't have they can get so you don't have to leave the island not overly expensive.
Despite having to fight off Highland Cattle & the Scottish Elements
the engineer won and fitted the new satellite dish at the bottom of
the cow field. We now have the best signal in Alyth thank you to all
concerned. I would/will recommend you to anyone.
Very Friendly and Efficient People! What I call "Good Old Fashioned" Service, Nothing is too much trouble, they even supplied a Coffee!.
I highly recommend this Company and we will definitely be using them again!
Have bought several appliances from Bentley & Walker. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Even with us dinosaurso wanting advise.
A very poor after sales service dreadful in fact at the moment all I get is 0.7 mb speed I would be better off with 2 bean cans and a piece of string full of promises to no avail . Talk the gab to sell you the very poor service then don't want to know you .
The people here go above and beyond helping in any way they can.
