The finish on their Church Toilet Seats are defective. After less than 2 years the inside portion of the lid is now yellowing. We have always taken good care of this seat and used safe cleaners. The company advised us there is nothing they can do, so decided to warn others. This higher priced seat is not worth the money.

Wow, I could not be more impressed with Bemis Manufacturing, I purchased a Mayfair NextStep Toilet seat with Built-in Child Potty training seat through Amazon at the end of September 2018. In September 2019 the toilet seat stopped working properly as the hinges started to stick and break and the magnet holding the child seat in place was not holding as well. I sent a message to Bemis about the problem in their website explaining the issue I was having and providing proof of purchase and they sent me a new seat of the exact same model! This is absolutely incredible customer service, well done Bemis!
