Our practice has been with Belo and Company for the past year and they have helped our practice attain more new patients than we ever have! We started off just using them for paid media, but once they showed us real results we have made the decision to use them across the board from seo to direct mail. Belo was awful to work with. We paid thousands for a full working website and they were unable to deliver so we were forced to now pay another company to recode the site due to the coding issues that Belo was unable to solve. It took them over a year to get us to this point. It should never take a year to do a simple website. For a full service marketing company, it's unacceptable to not have website developers that can handle a fairly standard website design.
When we asked for our money back, due to their failure to deliver per our contract, they refused.

I can go on about other issues with their accounting team who was unable to tell us why we were receiving invoices or where our money was, the fact that they fired out account manager and lied about it, but I digress.

Go somewhere else, cause these guys are not the company they seem to be.

Edit: I would also like to add now that our new company that is working to finish our website is telling us that what Belo did on the back end is not legit. It needs a complete overhaul and redesign on the coding side. Just don't understand how they could screw this up so bad AND refused to give us our money back. Absolute nonsense and extremely poor management.
