I really hate to penalize the wonderful staff at Belltown Modern Dentistry, especially since I’ve had such a positive experience with them since moving to Seattle in 2016. I’m sharing the details below so you can see the full picture. It’s unfortunate that this clinic is no longer my first choice. During my last visit, a doctor accidentally pricked his finger with a needle that had just been used on me. They asked me to get a blood test to ease their worries and explicitly promised to cover the cost. I did exactly as they asked. However, the clinic hasn’t paid the lab yet, and now the laboratory is threatening to send my unpaid bills to collections. When I contacted the clinic, they acted like the payment was already processed, but a quick check of my online account shows the balance is still outstanding. Now, they expect me to handle the hassle of following up with the lab to sort out the billing myself.

After undergoing blood tests and a CT scan, everything came back normal except for my blood pressure.
