I've recently had my terrazzo floors refinished by this company and while the result was decent, I can't say it was exceptional. 😐 The technicians were polite and professional, but I noticed a few areas where the finish could have been smoother. 😕 The process took longer than expected and was a bit disruptive to my routine. On the positive side, the pricing was fair and the overall appearance of the floors improved. However, I wish the finishing touches were more precise. Overall, it was an average experience, but I've seen better work elsewhere. 😐
