I had a great experience attending Bellevue University online. Yes, it's one of the pricey private schools, but they also have lower fees compared to other schools. I found the material challenging and I feel like I got my money's worth. The only negative thing I have to complain about is that unnecessary course that all undergraduates have to take. If I had known that I couldn't get out of taking the course from the beginning, I would've reconsidered another cheaper school. I felt like that was a ripoff.

I ve had only great experiences at this university and I would recommend it to anyone. My student advisor Deborah Mace is incredible and has helped me beyond what I ever would have expected. This college is great if you re working full time and I love that I can work my schedule around college.

I enrolled at Bellevue University through my employer. Classes were overpriced. I learned nothing compared to what I had learned from my previous university. The classes were childish and resembled a middle school class curriculum. A degree from this university will not prepare you for any job or higher education. Bellevue University is in fact a diploma mill provided by employers for a second rate education. Steer clear.

Everything about this school is bad. The financial aid department is a mess, they ask you to redo the same documents every semester. There is no real teaching done here. You get a couple five minute videos and some links that you could have found yourself. The teachers don't care at all. The student advisor does absolutely nothing except for say there is nothing I can do. What do they have jobs for if they don't do anything?

Bellevue University needs to switch their online platform to CANVAS or something else. It is so hard as a student to track down my assignments and when they are due. I have to sift through a bunch of documents and tabs just to find my assignment for the week. The online platform Blackboard is not student friendly. The only thing students care about is knowing what our class assignments are and when they are do. something needs to change about that. BLACKBOARD IS NOT STUDENT USER FRIENDLY!!! ............. There campus is super nice tho.

This is coming from a new student to Bellevue University and a former student of UNO that replaced there blackboard to canvas because of these reasons.

Nice campus with amazing staff. Small town community allows smaller class size so your not just a number. New housing right off campus. Everything within short walking distance. Clean, comfortable and affordable education. Lots of Enthusiastic support of athletes. Positive School spirit!

I ended up backing out of the enrollment process. After sending my transcripts and FAFSA info. I asked what would be the cost for the classes. I could not get a straight answer from anyone. " We won't know until you are accepted ... and enrollenrolled. And to be accepted you must complete the student loan applications process." I made it clear from Day 1 I was not taking out student loans. And wanted to pay out of pocket.... So they could have saved me a bunch of time by saying we won't accept you without loans. And I would have walked away. Even on my final email I sent to them say I was no longer interested because I found a local University that was cheaper and way more helpful the reply I got back was....
" well if you are still against taking out loans....hope that school is a better fit for you..".
