I must admit that I was disappointed when I went inside cause it's really just a museum with facts and stories written everywhere. It's not like a beer factory where you can see how beer is made but I guess for that you'll have to go to the outskirts somewhere. The was a bar where you can buy beer at the end of the very short tour of this small museum.

This is not a museum. It is a 5 beer and a old video on a 15 minute loop. It is not even good beer. My wife said the best part of this place was the bathroom and the opportunity for a 15 minute nap. No information about beer other than the video and the older man working the bar was not able to tell me anything about the beer other than it was a blonde.

If you have 20 minutes to spare when you are around Grand Place in Brussels, go and visit the Museum of Belgian brewers, it is in a basement on the square. For 5 you will see how they make beer, look at some of the equipment and check out a movie on making beer, but most importantly when you are done you will get a nice Belgian beer and there are normally at least two to choose from.

Sorry to see so many negative reviews! It's lovely, it's not a museum as such, it's more a pub with an exhibit attached but well worth the visit of you're in Brussels. The free beer was very very good! Out of interest, what is the dark beer? I'd love to buy some it was delicious.

Don't get me wrong, the only best thing is you can see how they serve you your beer (you can choose between blond or dark) and then sitting in those chairs with the small bar decorated from the ancient time. The fee is 5 include a beer, just go there to have a good and very cold beer, and because the host is a very old man. The whole experience is watch a retro video of 15 mins and drink a beer.

About Belgian Brewers

Beer Museum is a museum located in Brussel and recommended by the « Petit Futé » guide.

Belgian Brewers: A Celebration of the Finest Beers in the World

Belgium is a country that is famous for its beer, and Belgian Brewers is a company that celebrates this rich brewing heritage. The company operates a Beer Museum located in Brussels, which has been recommended by the prestigious "Petit Futé" guide. The museum offers visitors an opportunity to learn about the history of Belgian beer and to taste some of the finest brews in the world.

The Beer Museum is housed in a historic building that dates back to 1903. It was originally used as a brewery and malting house, but it has since been converted into an interactive museum that showcases Belgium's brewing traditions. Visitors can explore exhibits on everything from ancient brewing techniques to modern-day innovations.

One of the highlights of the museum is its collection of over 350 different types of beer. Visitors can sample these beers at one of several tasting stations located throughout the museum. Each station features beers from different regions or breweries, allowing visitors to experience the full range and diversity of Belgian beer.

In addition to its extensive collection of beers, Belgian Brewers also offers guided tours led by knowledgeable experts who are passionate about their craft. These tours provide visitors with an in-depth look at Belgium's brewing culture and history, as well as insights into how different types of beer are made.

But Belgian Brewers isn't just about celebrating Belgium's past – it's also committed to promoting innovation and creativity within the industry. The company works closely with local brewers and other partners to develop new products and experiences that push boundaries while still honoring traditional techniques.

For example, Belgian Brewers recently launched a new line of sour beers called "Wild Beers." These unique brews are made using wild yeast strains found naturally in Belgium's countryside, resulting in complex flavors that are unlike anything else on the market.

Overall, Belgian Brewers is more than just a museum – it's a celebration of all things beer-related. Whether you're an avid enthusiast or simply curious about this beloved beverage, there's something for everyone at this must-visit destination in Brussels.

So if you're looking for an unforgettable experience that combines history, culture, and great tasting beer all under one roof – look no further than Belgian Brewers!
