Beechwood Hotel

I traveled all the way from Salem MA. I have to work as a delivery driver for Gopuff from 8pm tonight until 3am and then from 1p-3a Sunday into Monday From the second i walked through the door the 2 girls on duty were arguing wether or not to rent to me, the uptight girl won in the end. The girl who was helping me had ties to Salem as a college student. However, I was turned away after a 45 minute bickering contest of how I dont belong as a guest. I was told cash payments were only acceptable at exact change, that I had to have a credit card on file for the entire night plus a 100 incidental, then I was told after returning from making a delusion my atm card that I wouldnt be able to rent a room the system glitched and there were no more rooms available. Also, that there was no manager on duty at 4pm on a Saturday when the restaurant was opening and I saw her walk into the office behind the counter while I was being turned away. Is this how you treat your guests Worcester? Come on you can do better than this. Now I am still trying to find a place and have 2 hours to check in shower and try to rest and be at the Gopuff warehouse by 8pm. Beechwood and Worcester you can do better than this. I m from the witch capital of the world and we don t treat our visitors this abhorrently

Too many customers, insufficient staff. The food was overpriced and undercooked. Not in a hurry to return to what was once the best kept breakfast secret in Worcester. Kudos to Nicole, the sole working server, for simply surviving.

Stayed two nights.The morning front desk front desk woman(she was an older woman and unfortunate I didn t catch her name) judged based on appearance and refused an extension of our stay for another/third day, stating there were no rooms available. When we got back to the room we were staying in we checked online due to her awkward behavior toward us and found that there were actually multiple rooms available for that night.

Great hotel! Fabulous restaurant and staff! The hotel staff has been outstanding. The restaurant has an excellent menu superbly prepared. Love the outdoor seating.

Clean hotel with excellent, friendly service, great breakfast, very pleased! Felt completely safe and comfortable. Quiet room!!

This is the best hotel we've ever have stayed in. This was our 2nd time there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fireplace suite is beautiful. We will be staying again soon

Magical wedding at the botanical garden where all the guest stayed at this hotel. Good facilities and services. One big bad thing and that was the breakfast. Took forever to order and the menu was hard to understand and then just half of what you ordered came out so the kids where hard to keep satisfied when they only got a glass of milk. But maybe that has changed.

Very disappointed. I booked a executive king with bathtub for my daughter and husband. They just got married and I put in the notes to please put some champagne and chocolate covert strawberries in their room. Not alone did they not read my message but the room was not what I expected it to be.

This Hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The restaurant (Sonoma) was wonderful. The service and food were both exceptional. Would definitely stay again and I look forward to stopping by Sonoma for dinner again in the near future.
