Worked with them on strategies we needed to take our brand to the next level. The experience was great at first but just when things seemed to kick off, there was a lag in communication and how everything was running which delayed deliverables.
No Hr team, no CEO involvement, and control is given over to some lazy people who don't respect junior employees and treat them as slaves.
We weren't impressed with how our project turned out with them. There were lot of delays and issues with communication. They were only good during the planning stage but after the initial payment was done, everything seem to fell apart.
You'll be forced to work on tasks that are outside of the original job description. The employees here come and go, which means that a lot of jobs will be passed on to employees who stay. The company offers decent benefits, but the work environment is not conducive to personal growth. There's a lack of communication with management, and some managers are rude to employees.
These folks often go off the track when it come to making the deadline. Sometimes, they make the deadlines and sometimes the deliveries are done after the agreed deadline. I have to keep guessing if they'll meet the deadline or not. It's frustrating.
Instead of building up for my career, working here made me go one step back. Advancement here is almost impossible. There's no room for personal growth because management will micromanage you. You won't feel any sort of fulfillment while working here. All you'll be doing is working to earn money with no contribution to your career.
The staff is mostly young people which could be good in the sense that they have fresher ideas but then lack the coordination and does not work well with the clients.

The partners rule this place and give employees no clear idea of what's going on with the company. Too many closed-door meetings that lead to fear and insecurity among the employees.
