I work for a construction company which is currently finishing a fairly large development in the Lower Mainland.

We have used Pit Stop Portables since the beginning of the project some 7 years ago. They have provided all of our portable needs from flyers to the half cans. We have had up to 40 full sized and half cans onsite at any one time.

I have dealt directly with both office personnel and with the drivers when on site. At all times, the Pit Stop Team have been extremely reliable, courteous and most importantly gone out of the way to help us out on a few sticky situations.

While I don t speak for my company, as the person who does deal with Pit Stop I can recommend them to anyone who wants great service and a company who goes the extra mile to keep the customer happy.

I will be sure to use Pit Stop on any future job site.

Your drivers are so rude, you need to train them again to be more polite or send them to an anger management school. So much attitude when you guys are in our own property and telling us to leave our parking just to get through your portable. You don't even deserve to get 1 star, you guys suck.

Great company! When we call in a request, the phone staff are professional, helpful and always friendly. Whenever there has been an issue (not that there has been very many issues) they've been quick to resolve the problem and/or provide a solution. Our head office is on rural property and our portable toilet is serviced once a week by a great gal. After she does the pumping and servicing of the toilet, it can sometimes be very wet inside and she'll take the time to towel dry things off. As a women, I very much appreciated that. :-)

Customer experience team is amazing. They are prompt to get service to you if you are in an emergency. A/P is super helpful in explaining invoices and potential issues. The drivers are super.
All in all, great products and service

Phoned several times to get someone to do a service call to clean the unit. It s been 8 days. What a disappointment! All requests ignored making it huge inconvenience to our staff to go find a bathroom to use elsewhere. No customer service !

Since my original review the matter was dealt with immediately. The problem has been dealt with and fixed.

We had a water main break and required urgent delivery of portable potties. Even with a temporary technical outage on their side, they were able to deliver the portable stations in under 2 hours and pricing for the quantity we ordered was better than expected. Dealing with Leanne from start to finish made this not so great incident a positive experience. Definitely plan to work with them again if the need arises.

I am really frustrated this morning, because one your drivers came to clean one of your portables and was really rude to us. He came around 7:20 am in the morning your portable is located in front of our house at 2nd St. Burnaby, we were parked in front of house and he was rudely shouting at as to get out of the way. He needs to go to anger management or something he is so rude and impolite.

Simply put Pit Stop is the best at what they do. Customer service is truly at the heart of everything thy do and that shines through in their service. Timely drop offs, fast service, fair prices. Having shopped around a fair bit for the best of all three of those factors Pit Stop comes out on top.
