Absolute non-existence of customer service, boiler to be started through their CAT that has bounced me for more than a month, emails and phone calls to customer service as installer without any response.

Unfortunately I can only put a star, I bought in 2012 a boiler of almost 4,000 every year hangs and every intervention must be replaced a piece .... THAT DUCTS, NEVER A BAXI BOILER discourage .... even today you are stuck and I will have to replace another piece of 3/400 and more labor.
