Good quality furniture, well made and still looks good years later
Terrible company with terrible customer service.
Ordered a shoe cabinet which was a lovely design in March. When it was delivered it had multiple flaws and damage. Contacted the company I purchased from and they said they would replace. I thought great not a problem. 2nd shoe cabinet arrived after and apparently was checked over before packaging it up and delivering it to me. Unit again damage and flaws in the oak. Again took photos and sent to retailer. Retailer was great with communication and trying to resolve the problems however Baumhaus/ Kinetic Logistics (delivery company) kept lying to me and also to the retailer.
Cutting a long story short, it is now August and I have 2 cabinets. 1 which I am keeping and another which should have been collected back in June. Still to date it has not been collected and I have been threatened with being invoiced for the cabinet that should have been collected even though my contract is with the retailer and not the manufacturer. I have given the delivery company multiple times and dates for collection however this seems too difficult for them to adhere to. I work and cannot give time at work to be at home for the company to come and collect the cabinet when they should have collected it when they dropped off another unit.
I do not know how this company operates when they cannot simply collect a unit which has been stored in my garage since June.
The retailer I purchased the unit from has had enough of Baumhaus as well, so much so they have stopped using them and stopped selling their products.

BE CAREFUL!
I have ordered a pack of chairs, checked package in front of a driver, and they came damaged. Refused to accept the delivery.
To my surprise after like two weeks I was told the package is delivered and signed for.
I have asked by email for delivery truck CCTV footage and my signature to be matched with the ones from previous deliveries, but they're not respodning to my emails.
That's what I call poor customer service.
Excellent furniture and really good for the price, delivered it in a very prompt time from order so didn't have to wait long. Thourughly recommended.

Got to say a huge thanks to the delivery guys who were fantastic and moved all my belongings out of the way to get it through the porch and into my hallway. you were awesome. highly recommend ordering from these guys if you are looking for a single specific piece but absolutely great if you are starting afresh and are wanting to order all matching furniture. I love mine :)
