While working for Control Data Corporation, my bosses sent me to Battelle to help with a database project. One of the worst work environments I ever experienced. Pretentious does not even begin to describe Battelle employees. Finally got tired of their attitude and went back to California.

Just had the displeasure of meeting Sr. Research Scientist Eric Lucas.
Through what was a rather elementary conversation concerning virology, I was shocked at how grossly ignorant he is about basic scientific fact. I was even more put off by his arrogance as if he did know what he was talking about.
I'm not sure I would recommend any organization that employs pretentious researchers who are too busy thinking they already know everything to discover anything.
