Avoid this developer. They are a very bad developer with low standards. We had an issue after 2 years when the warranty expired which was a latent deface because of damaged electrical cables in the wall. We also had multiple cracks in the floor and wall which reoccured multiple times.
Very poor customer service and loads of problems in a brand new built!
Disjointed and disinterested group of individuals working for the company, from telephonists to sales and from what I hear, aftercare too. Glad that we have decided not to purchase from Barratt Homes in the end!

Don't buy a home of Barratt. You will regret it. Lowest quality ever. My whole bathroom full off mould as valves weren't screwed together, no heating for the whole winter and residential property management that can not organise cleaners and overcharge!
