Barker management inc

For the urban community, they are a very horrible management company.

This is the managing agency. One of their so called "senior housing" is terrible. Had relative that lived at one of their places. The person said Bullying, thugs, senior abuse, guests of the tenants hide in doorways and walk around like they own the place. Constant change of managers that don't know what they are doing with paperwork. My relative is old and disabled. Moved our relative far away to a beautiful place. Terrible places they have. ID thieves also.

Seems as if they only want to hire Hispanics that speak Spanish. They don't care about you having experience. They do not want to hire black people. There is no diversity within this company.

The mangers over the property never answer the phone, they also have random lunch hours anywhere from 11am til about 2pm. They also don t answer the phone. The excuse was if I m doing paper work I can t stop and answer the phone I can see you they are doing paper work with a tent but if no one is there why can t you answer the phone or at least return a call. When you call Barker 714 number the operator doesn t answer, but if they do once you find out who s the boss over the manger they don t answer the phone either they don t return calls they have the manger who you ve searching for call you....so when it comes time to pay rent sign paper make a report but no one is to be found they want to say that you ve been Incompliant. No one from barker check on the people they hired or the ppl living in they buildings . They lack on everything !!!!!! Property sites need fixing inside and out I can keep going !!!

If I could give no stars I would. One star to good for them.

i find there is a unprofessional business. I never get a call back. I sign an application there 3 yrs ago and turned in all my paper work that was ask for , checked back ever 6 months and still haven't been treated respectfully. If i call their main office in the city of orange, i never receive a call back. All i get is excuses.I'm worried about someone is using my info to get in an apartment.

Absolute worst management company. They have Trina Ibarra assigned as property manager to 4444 39th San Diego and she s the most unprofessional individual they ve hired to this location. Calls and voicemails go unreturned, complaints get dismissed, absolutely zero upkeep, her way of resolving an issue is screaming and using obscene profanity. The number on the building is absolutely useless considering she never answers or calls you back.
