The worst place ever I have had experience. Been trying of changing my phone number however I am a VIP member and they gave me a shitty service. The customer service has no knowledge at all and very unprofessional. Baniseuf is the worst branch ever . Been a year to change phone number and no help at all . All they are doing is to go in circles…….is changing the phone number for customer could take that long. You hurt my business all my life ….

In the middle of 6th October heart beating location of all kind of banks .....
The Only machine that dare to exchange currency which version cool
To know the exact location of such a thing
Yet .. looking for more advance machine
The other option when u in 6th October city is on the far side of the city ...

Good for necessary cases because it works until 7pm

Some of the staff members are very arrogant and non caring.Compared with other branches of Banque Misr that I have been to, this wouldn't be my first choice, needs a review since it's present at a great place like Mall of Egypt.

The ATM takes money when I withdraw the wallet and the balance becomes zero

The bank does not have two windowes, but they are operating, of course, very slowly. And every bit of the system
The only advantage is that it is running all days of the week

From Saturday to Thursday from 11 to 7
And Friday from 2 to 7

Hours of waiting Although Beni and the current customer number 3 numbers and there are 3 customer service staff
