I’d give zero stars if that were an option. My experience with Banana Kick in Leeds was incredibly disappointing. We hired them to design branding and bottle graphics for our tequila brand, with an upfront price clearly agreed upon. They promised that once we paid, we’d receive full ownership of the IP. After paying the full amount, we were only sent unusable PDFs. Then, Jamie from the team emailed to inform us that we’d have to pay an additional £2,500 plus VAT just to get the actual design files exported. It feels like a bait-and-switch, especially moving the goalposts after payment is complete. I have all the correspondence to back this up. I’d strongly advise avoiding this company—and particularly Jamie—unless you want unexpected costs and limited deliverables.
