Fresh, healthy ingredients. Great service. Juices, smoothies, goodies and some food items are always on the menu. The rest of the menu is rotating, keeping the choices new and fresh. They post their menu updates on facebook. One of the best lunch spots in Winter Haven.

Not sure I could have found a more perfect place to have an amazing juice, (beetlejuice! Yuuuuum!!!) light and healthy lunch, wifi and ac while camping in the area. Adorable, clean and bright spot! Smoothies were good and made quickly. Friendly staff. Just a little confused and disappointed to see that no staff members were wearing masks during this time of the pandemic. This is the first time since the pandemic that I've seen staff not wear masks.

The food is fresh and delious. Everyone is friendly and on top of things at this establishment. I order too go must of the time and my food is always ready in a timely manner.

This place is a great, refreshing stop. They have some amazing fresh smoothies, made with real fruit and healthy add-ons like ginger, turmeric and protein to name a few. Also have fresh squeezed juices. For some edibles they have sandwiches and soups or if you want something a little lighter they have protein scoops of chicken or tuna. I love the Mango Tango smoothie.

Great if you're looking to eat clean or gf or vegan. Good amount of variety. Prices aren't too bad either

I had an interesting experience here, it's a very quaint and modern place that is clean and cool in the Florida heat. I had the chicken salad on a toasted croissant. The chicken salad was made with banana peppers that I was able to sample before committing to an order. The ladies there were very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I tried the mango tango smoothie that was okay but the food was pretty incredible. I look forward to going back and trying something new on the menu and bringing more people with me!

Paid $16.00 for only a smoothie and a small sandwich-Nothing on the side such as soup or chips.

This place is excellent treasure in Winter Haven! I have been here only twice and I am hooked. I will continue to visit as they have great options for everyone. I tried the 5 Karat Gold Juice and the Beetle Juice, both are great!! I got the Green Jeans for a couple skeptical co-workers and they loved it.. My boss asked me to place an order for the staff next week...so I'll be back again soon!!

I never knew I liked chicken salad until I started going here!!! Now the classic chicken salad sandwich with a large beatle juice is my go to.

Very clean airy and open feeling. They were unfortunately out of the rotisserie chicken salad so I ordered the sweet pepper tuna salad on a croissant with an Island Cooler juice. The food was made very quickly and was quite good. For the price of the sandwich, it should have included veggie spears as a complimentary side instead of an extra charge. I will return and I'm anxious to try their cabbage roll soup!

Excellent place for a fresh healthy lunch. I had the dill egg salad and their kombucha. Perfect, efficient, comfy atmosphere, clean bathroom. Highly recommend!

Fantastic smoothies & juices and healthy food options! The atmosphere is very nice and it's just a short walk from the main downtown area.

This is the spot for some of the best chicken salad and egg salad protein scoops. Always great service and a fun meeting place to see all your local friends and Associates.

Not happy with my food ,I ask for a kale drink and a salad well the drink had a hair and my salad was just plain spinach and tomatoes she forgot what I ask for and in top of everything my order was to eat there and they prep to go ( I guess I was the only Hispanic customer there) past experience was ok this one I'm definitely not happy paying 15$ lunch for this type of service and hair and my drink

Food is amazing and some may say its too expensive but I always say you get what you pay for and paying the extra dollar here is so worth it. Darra has excellent customer service and rest of staff as well

Love Bambu Cafe - great food, great staff, and a ton of deliciously healthy food choices. Their chicken salad sandwich is amazing, and they offer a multitude of fresh vegetable juice concoctions.

The owners and all staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and accommodating to every request. The restaurant's environment was very open, clean and comfortable PLUS, most importantly, their large variety of incredibly healthy foods and drinks were scrumptious
