We are long time customers but have to end our service. When a tech comes, it works ok. By evening signal is in and out, daily. We just use one device at a time. We tried switching modems once, but that didn't help so we continued using theirs. All they say is that their end looks good. We upped our speed and cancelled our original plan. This company wants us to somehow fix the problem without us knowing what the problem is. We are very, very, very, patient with them, but after so much of this, we are ANGRY!

Been pretty great but since I first reported my first steady outage it's been a week with only 1 automated email saying a ticket number was created to make the technician aware of the issue. 6/26 internet still totally out and haven't heard from anyone a second time
