I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this store since moving here. Every employee is so rude. They never greet you or ask you how you day is. Most of the time they never say 1 word to you, unless they know you. They are dishonest and their prices are super high. If this is how a small hometown store is ran they count me out. I'll never go to this store.

I've stopped by this place multiple times for different reasons, and everytime I've gone I had a miserable time. The cashiers were very rude and completely ignored me while ringing me up as they carried on their conversation with the next cashier over. I also called to see if they did money orders and I was told that they did and I could stop by and purchase one, once I got there I was told the only person that was able to fill out money orders would be there 5 hours from the time I got there. This isn't a big deal, but very disappointing. The prices are ridiculous as well, I honestly don't even bother with IGA anymore, I'd much rather take the drive to the Centralia Safeway or Walmart where I can be treated decently.

While shopping in this store I was approached by the manager, Lance Mansfield, who told me that I had to leave the store with my dog who was perfectly well behaved. I informed him that my dog is a service animal. He asked me what my dog is trained to do. I informed him that my dog is trained to respond to a medical condition that I have. Which is, by law, all I have to tell someone. He told me that my answer was insufficient and that I still had to leave. I explained to him that per the Adults with Disabilities act, that's indeed the right answer because per rhe AMA he can not question me regarding my medical condition, nor am I required to volunteer it. Then I told him that I have a letter from my psychiatrist certifying the animal, sufficient for the airlines, since I've flown with my dog. He called me a liar and said there are no letters certifying service animals. Which makes no sense. Because if there's no certification, anyone can call their dog a service animal. I then went ahead and told him that my dog is for my PTSD. He insisted that PTSD does not qualify as a condition for a service animal. He cobtinually called me a liar, refused to serve me and insisted that I leave the store. Which is very very unprofitable of him and in violation of the ADA. Don't patronize this store.
