I would rate Bagmasters as average. I recently purchased a custom bag from them and while the quality is decent, the customer service could have been better. The bag arrived on time, but it was missing a few key features that I had requested. I reached out to their support team, and it took them a while to respond and resolve the issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I recently purchased a duffle bag from bagmasters.com, and I have to say, I'm disappointed. The bag arrived with a stain on the fabric, and the zippers feel flimsy. I reached out to their customer support, and they were helpful in arranging a return and refund, but the overall experience left me unsatisfied. I hope Bagmasters takes steps to improve their quality control in the future.
