Baby TALK is a non-profit organization based in Decatur, IL that aims to positively impact child development by nurturing healthy and responsive relationships during the critical early years. The organization was founded in 1986 by Dr. Sally Reed, a renowned expert in early childhood education, who recognized the importance of providing parents with the tools and resources they need to support their children's growth and development.
