Sketchy..openly admit theyre on "probation". Some staff ARE great, but the bad ones outshine the good ones for sure, unfortunately.
And they have you sign up for benefits & take them, & feed you low quality food when you could feed yourself much better.
Also they shut the gas off for all stove/ovens because they don't wanna pay the bills.
Go ANYWHERE else!

The staff is awesome but the environment is not it is a lot work need to be done as far as what be going in and around avivo the food not good for you at all and it's not what they are suppose to serve at avivo it suppose to be hot catered meals but instead they feed people meals on wheels and kiddie meals like corn dogs no stove so be prepared to buy hot plates crockpots electric skillet but they provides good hygiene stuff of course paid through our state funding so they is not giving you nothing it's paid through your state funding

Wonderful!!!! Used them to help me through my career transition. I worked with their Women in Career Transition program. My career counselor was Naomi, who was great. She would send me job leads and job search links to look into. She also helped me reformat my cover letter and resume so it would be more relevant for the jobs I was applying for coming in as candidate looking for a new career. I had been applying for jobs on my own for close to a year without landing one, and after a little over a month of being in this program, I got a job in a new field! I couldn't have had a better experience, and I would recommend this organization to anyone who is looking to make a career transition.
