Previous company converged moved their customer base over with them. Communication to try and get things situated has taken over a week and no one really seems to care if we use avid or not. We looked around and decided to go with another local company that showed they value businesses of any size. I'd highly suggest if you're a local company in the KC area that's a small business to avoid them like the plague, they give off the idea that they don't have any interest in supporting those types of companies.
