I recently stayed at a property managed by this company and had a fairly average experience. The booking process was smooth, and the property was as described on the website. However, there were a few maintenance issues that could have been addressed before my arrival. The customer service was responsive to my concerns, but it did take some time to resolve the issues. The property itself was comfortable and spacious, but I felt that it could have been better maintained. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of property upkeep and customer service efficiency. I would consider staying with them again, but I hope to see some improvements in the future.
