Went here on Metropolitan Prky in Atlanta..
Got my moms car diagnosis.. They told me exactly what the problem was..
So I have never had any bad experiences at this particular store..
Its all good over here..

Location Manager was very rude to me. After waiting in line to exchange the wrong light, the store manager refused to assist me in finding the correct light. I express the urgency of of my family being outside in car. The store manager told me to go look for the lights myself and get back in line again. I told him I would contact corporate. His responses was so what write them.

Tyrone is doing a great job at this location. The part I was looking for was out of stock in the computer, but Tyrone still offered to check the shelf. That's what we call hitting the home run, where I'm from, and that makes Tyrone a home run hitter. Too bad there isn't a home run hitter like Tyrone at every location. Salute!!!

Rented tools got all the money back for return cheap parts love it customer service is wonderful.

This Autozone did a great job. Everyone in the store was very professional and knowledgeable. I came to this Autozone to get a new battery under warranty. The associate she changed the battery for me and suggested a battery holder. They provided A-1 service.

I came in for a car battery after shopping online all day. Best deals were at Auto Zone. Kerwin and his team were knowledgeable and helped get me back on the road asap.
The website offered a coupon that was honored in the store! Great experience

I went to get my windshield wipers replaced. I was told by a friend that if I bought the windshield wipers, they would be installed Free. Please try to imagine my shock at being told by the cashier that I HAD to by a gallon of of windshield cleaner in order to get the "free" installation. A gallon of cleaner that I didn't need. It was insulting on many levels. I wonder if this STUPID rule would apply to men? I am a Very Unsatisfied customer.

I showed up to get something looked at my car. ON EVERYTHING I LOVE I WAS GIVEN THE TOOLSNTONDO IT MYSELF, BECAUSE THEY DONT GO OUT AT NIGHT. TF FIX THE CAR.

Chiquita Sims was amazing! Her energy and willingness to help was top tier customer service!! She cleaned the corrosion off my battery and replaced it! She actually took her time and really freaking helped me!!!
