Reported fraud they tell me first they will cancel it and send me confirmation. Waited 2 days never received a confirmation. Called back they told me to delete it. ITS FRAUD HOW CAN I DELETE SOMETHING I DIDNT DO. IT IS YOUR JOB TO STOP SELLING MYNINFORMAT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!
Total scam. This is NOT for a loan at all. They just sell your information to various marketing companies. I ve been getting spam calls non stop now from different dealerships, credit.com, insurance companies, etc. The giveaway was when they redirect you to several different websites to sign up for additional services during the application process. I m really surprised the BBB hasn t done something to downgrade their grade yet. This is literally just a marketing website that gets paid to redirect you and doesn t do what they advertise whatsoever.
Kevin Woods is amazing.
He works extremely hard for you and makes you feel like your his only customer. He will even work late to help you get into a vehicle. He is truly someone you can trust. I have been dealing with alot of other places that said they will do something for you and they know your desperate because of bad credit so you feel stuck and you take what they give you. Kevin is not like that at all.

I was trying to fill out an application and they make you look at insurance ads and other ads that are irrelevant when it comes to getting an auto loan, there isn't an option to say you already have it or not interested in whatever else they are trying to get you to look at. I was very disappointed.
I have been handling subprime credit leads for over 15 years now. ACE use to be great however over the last 3 almost 4 years has been nothing more than a S*it show. Returning a bad lead hoping to get credit and only to be told "Well you have been using the other option to return them so that's why it was denied". There are so many other lead providers out there that don't fight you on every lead returned. I would give them ZERO Stars however that's not an option. Carloan.com along with Tom Wright an his team by far have been the best company to pair up with!!
I am dissapointedI thought I was ready toget a car when yhey ran y app they said i had to have a down payment .when I already told them I didn't have.
I really wanted to like them.
The site kept directing me to other websites that wanted personal info, which led to unnecessary phone calls and text... I already hate doing things on line, just for that reason..
Lies, stretching of the truth and misleading information. Terrible business. Ruined my credit. Still don t have a vehicle.
They set you up with dealerships who perform multiple hard inquiries and ask for ridiculously high down payments. I would go as far as to say this company does not even analyze your credit and match you to dealerships with access to loans for those with less than perfect credit but rather they are paid by the larger dealerships to send all business their way regardless if they can actually get you approved or not.
I would give them a zero but it won't let me. First off, they do not Finance Vehicles whatsoever I have already done my research on them and am going to report them to BBB. Second of all, they only collect your personal information and sell it to the nearest bidder, third of all, good luck ever trying to call them hahaha, I called a few times wondering how they got my information and every person I've talked to either couldn't understand English or does not understand their job description. It is strictly a scam call center be forewarned. I personally have not been scammed by them but I am just trying to help the next person because they definitely tried scamming me twice. And to top it off nice business Personnel you have there, I simply to say no thank you kindly and this is what your scam artists have to say?
