I took my vehicle to Gateway to be repaired only to find out weeks later Gateway couldn t do the repairs so my vehicle was subcontracted to Ray s. By the time my insurance and I realized gateway couldn t do my repairs, my rental time was up. Brian, with Ray s, provided me with a rental during the time they did my repairs. Had it not been for Ray s, I would ve been without a vehicle. My insurance and Gateway did not care if I d be without one but Ray s did and I recommend them to do repairs over anyone f this simple gesture of understanding and genuinely caring for my situation.
Lost my rear window and side mirror in a hailstorm. Crafters was very friendly and took my car in almost right away. Did take them awhile to get the parts but that was to be expected with COVID19 . They did a great job for a low price!
Brian Williams and his staff outdid themselves repairing my Highlander. Excellent bodywork and to my surprise it was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN inside and out! That is above and beyond my expectations but greatly appreciated.
Contacted these guys for two weeks to see if they can work on my vehicle. The first week they said they ll call me back and never did. I called a week later and sent them the estimates and still haven t gotten back to me and it s been almost two weeks. I was looking into these guys because I didn t know anywhere else to go and saw the reviews but I guess I ll keep looking.

Been a customer for about 15 years with two vehicles. They fixed damage from deer collisions, getting rear-ended, windshield/glass repairs, and hitting smaller animals in that time. Always got a clear estimate; full explanations to include whether better to use after market or factory parts for each component; and topnotch work. They don't rush you if you have questions and you're always are treated like a valued customer whether it's a small repair or redoing your front end (and I speak from personal experience). Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, I was hundred per cent pleased with my interaction with Brian, David, and Charlie. Most importantly I was very pleased with the work done on my car. I highly recommend Auto Body Crafters. They care about their customer and do quality work.
