Auner Remodeling’s multi-trade model effectively combines indoor and outdoor services. Their emphasis on substrate preparation, including moisture mitigation and crack repair, ensures durability. The use of UV-stable polyaspartic for outdoor areas addresses Houston’s specific climate challenges well.
The service offering seems robust, yet the specific scope of work included in the packages is not fully spelled out in the available information.
Auner Remodeling appears to offer comprehensive outdoor living solutions tailored for the Houston climate. The information highlights specific materials like polyaspartic coatings for pool decks, which are noted as UV-stable, unlike standard epoxy that may yellow in the Texas sun. This attention to local environmental factors such as red dirt and humidity is a positive indicator. The company also handles pavers and stamped concrete for patios, emphasizing proper drainage pitch to prevent water issues. Their substrate preparation process is detailed, covering moisture mitigation and crack repair, which suggests a methodical approach to ensuring the longevity of the work. Having a multi-trade crew allows for various services to be coordinated efficiently. The focus on creating serene outdoor rooms with modern designs seems appealing for homeowners looking to enhance their curb appeal and usability of their outdoor spaces.
I was looking for a reliable way to transform my garage and found Auner Remodeling. They seem very accessible for getting a free estimate in the Houston area. The website clearly outlines their process for indoor garage transformations, including epoxy floors and storage systems. It is reassuring that they mention moisture testing and crack repair before applying any coatings, which suggests they care about longevity. The fact that they pitch the full makeover while the floor is cleared is a smart approach. I appreciate that they offer a complete package rather than just painting the floor. It feels like a solid option for anyone wanting a serious upgrade to their garage space without hassle.
Auner Remodeling presents a clear process for outdoor and garage projects. The emphasis on substrate preparation, including moisture testing and crack repair, suggests a thorough approach. For Houston conditions, their use of UV-stable polyaspartic coatings seems practical. The multi-trade capability is apparent.
