I recently had an experience with a tech company that was so awful I've decided to write reviews of all the vendors I use on my personal and work time. Auksys is at the top of my pile and not because they're amazing, but because I'll never use them again. Instead of providing helpful solutions, they just asked simple questions and left. Not happy at all.
