We had Denis Vukicevic support us through a business separation and his support was AMAZING to say the least. Without Denis's support we would not have been able to get the outcome we did to move on with a viable business option. We have used Aughtersons for 14 property transactions over 20 years. When we went guarantor for our sons first home loan Aughtersons repaid our loyal service by wanting to charge $1200 -$1300 for the 1 hour advice to witness the documents. My advice is run and look elsewhere
I made the mistake of using these jokers for conveyancing. Very sloppy attention to detail (lots mistakes made on standard legal forms) and bad attitude. I won't be going back EVER.
Denis Vukicevic helped during a business separation and he was certainly the right person for the job. His high level of communication and negotiation skills was paramount in supporting with having a viable business option to move forward with. If you're circumstance is particularly difficult/extreme he is your man to achieve a fair and logical outcome for all parties.
Not happy. Paid top $$$ because I wanted a lawyer to represent me. Got a "para-legal" who had no idea. Not sure what a "musashi mu" is, but I know bad service when I see it. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I don't know what "Greg Thomas" has been smoking, but I have use Aughtersons 3-4 times over the last 10-15 years and they have ALWAYS been quick, efficient and not too expensive...in particular, there conveyancing is brilliant...the chap that runs it is called Gordon I think - knows everything about it!! Can give you a lecture on what can go wrong and how to avoid it...also Peter (?) is fantastic at family stuff and helped a cousin of mine during a messy divorce...
