Had to go to the basement where the used cars are plced to look at the new A4 avant. Found one not very used that should look like the new one... Not good enough!

I don't know what's wrong with Audi dealers but apparently they are not int. in getting new customers in the store / workshop
Wait a week or more that can't be right?
But obviously you have to do it too well in that way in doing business

Very poor service and poor workshop. Much can be done better here !! Sad with such poor service for an otherwise nice car brand. Must wait over 8 months to process a complaint and order a spare part. Buy Audi somewhere else.

Lovely experience borrowed an office while the car got a service

bad customer service I tried to talk to 3 operators on the phone (in English) and I am not in a position to answer. If I were the director they would already be fired making the company lose money
