Poorly accessible. Promise to answer e-mails within a day / as quickly as possible. Not done: emails are not answered. Via the telephone the final contact after frequent transfer. I was there for a few days as an external consultant. It is a beautiful facility and has a great canteen. Also, the staff is very nice and even made the effort to remember my name to greet me as I entered the door.
