every time i call in to make a payment im on hold 45 min to a hour if someone does answer im either on hold or i get hung up on ... and for some reason its seems like its the same person .. whats the reason for person calling in to make a payment or renew a policy if this is going to happen there are to many good people that want jobs out here that wouldnt mind doing good customer service .. soon as policy is up im done
