I hate leaving bad reviews, but my last experience here was not satisfactory. The manager Hillary gave false expectations of how long it would take, gave no apologies for the misunderstanding and was gone when my car was finally ready. They gave me an insignificant discount for my troubles and the job still cost me twice as much because my wife had to cancel work appointments. Spoke with owner who seemed more concerned with the number of appointments they booked that day than the customers expectations. DON'T BOOK 25 APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CAN'T GET THEM DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER! Explained that I had another car that I was uncertain I wanted to bring in and the owner made no attempts to save my business! I guess they are making too much money to care about their customers! Not getting my money anymore. I'll go someplace that cares, even if it costs me more! What a shame.
