I applied 7 times in last 3 years, even after i graduated from University of Minnesota, they always rejected me with out any explanation, they also rejected everybody i know who applied, they are not going to be diversity soon, or hire people of color.
The only place to go if you want straight forward service with a smile! Any IT person around here knows this is the place!

I was very excited to have an opportunity to interview for this company. I applied, received an email from the lead recruiter early within the week, and we set up a phone interview on Friday. I set time aside and waited for the phone call to come, but it never did. I sent an email asking if we could reschedule in case something came up. A full week later the lead recruiter responded back acknowledging he never called (no apology) and offered to set up another time to talk. I sent an email back with some options and he never got back to me.
My experience with Aston Technologies is that they seem disorganized with no accountability.
Went in for an interview and although I was not what they were looking for, the hiring staff was friendly and offered me advice on how to become more prepared to try again, extremely professional and kind, you'll never go wrong with Aston Technologies.
