Aspasios Apartments Barcelona

They are a band of bandits, not very professional, profiteers and criminals in the sector. I do not recommend it, my daughter was robbed and professionally mistreated to keep the deposit, it was a bad dream, they are bad people.

Did not get my deposit back. I was made redundant from work, left my flat on time with correct notice, always paied them on time for over a year. Needed the deposit money as income to survive covid lock down and still not had the deposit back over 30 days later, it's now 24 days late. I have no money and homeless. Avoid this company especially if you are an expat.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was convenient, and it was certainly more spacious than a hotel room. It included many features that were very welcome, including a refrigerator. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you very much.

I would have rated it 5 stars (loved it) if I got the room I reserved. I booked a large two bedroom apt. for 4 adults with two bathrooms. They gave me a smaller two bedroom apt for 2 adults and two kids with one bathroom. They gave me 1 20% discount instead of charging me the rate of the apt they gave me.
However, the apt was clean and has all what one may need. Its location is very convenient and staff are helpful and polite.

Booked a place in Sitges from the website and registered for an account - However, as I mainly use my mobile for apps and websites, the Aspasios 'mobile friendly' website is no use unless I want to book another place. I was hoping to be able to log into my account (via my smart phone) and check my booking, etc., but their mobile site has no link for this. It would be very useful if this could be added, to make contact with Aspasios when I'm away.

After having a very unpleasant experience with another rental agency, I am glad I stumbled upon Aspasios. They were fast, helpful and caring. A very pleasant experience and still is.. I highly recommend using their services.

121 Roger de Flor was a superb apartment housing the 5 of us right in he centre of Barcelona (Tetuan). The accommodation had been refurbished in a modern style and was excellent. we found the Rental agency staff to be helpful and friendly. We shall certainly use this facility again, and would recommend it to any travellers to Barcelona

Excellent apartment - it was clean and comfortable and an ideal base for exploring the city. Ideal location as it was very central and only a couple of minutes from the metro station. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend it.

From the moment we checked in. Its was plain to see we had made a good choose to stay here. The Apartment was very clean and to a high standard. As there was 5 people staying here it was great to have the extra on suit shower and toilet. The young lady who checked use in was very helpful. The weekend was a mens only weekend. But I do plan to visit Barcelona again with my wife , so I would look at using these apartments again..

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. SCAMMERS AND BAD PEOPLE.

I am an ESADE student that stayed at one of their apartments for 1 year, first of all, they scammed my flatmates and I with a fake "long term contract" (turned out to be a "holiday rental contract" of 11 months), and, to our surprise heavily increased the rent a year later without prior notice (illegal in Spain with a L/T contract). The nice and friendly behaviour of the team vanished the second they second they collected their fees.

The worst part was one of the rooms in the house became flooded from the ceiling (the upstairs neighbour had a leak, nothing to do with us), and the room became infested with fungi and bacteria. When we tried contacting them they BLOCKED our calls and whatsapp and told us we were responsible and had to cover all costs, which, considering (i) an agency fee worth three months of rent and (ii) the fact the flat is not ours and (iii) the contract was "short term/holiday rental", they should have dealt with the problem themselves.

Finally, they KICKED US OUT because we didn't want to live with a fungi infested room and of course, DID NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT ( 3,000). The worst experience I had in Barcelona by far. Had to have lawyers involved.
