Mr. Talebi is amazing, There is no more than 5 star otherwise he would have get it. You know your travel agent when things get tough, The amount of support we got from him was amazing. He was gone beyond and over the line of duty, he was very transparent and informed us of all the steps. We understand he was very stressed and he had to spend long hours waiting to get an answer for us, but he was so calm and always assured us and showed us he is getting all lined up for us, even he connect with the Other travel agency to make sure everything is going smooth for My mother that was the passenger.
I can not describe the feeling, I was about to cry to see all this support and help from his side. Thanks again Mr. Talebi for all your help and Unbelievable professionalism and Support.

Very unprofessional manager! She literally yelled at me when I was politely speaking to her. They are respectful while charging your credit card for extra! So unprofessional.
Funny thing (better say another unprofessional attitude), I was speaking to the manager, explaining to her my flights history and cancellations due to COVID, giving her numbers and details, it was totally a simple math, she literally ignored my numbers every time and pretended that is the other way and she doesn't understand me. I don't remember such an unprofessional experience elsewhere.
Plus, they charge you extra (much more comparing to other agencies) for their services and time dealing with airlines. When it comes to negotiating with the airlines (ex.AirCanada) and submitting a request to justify the full refund request, they do nothing!! I was on a phone call with Aseman manager and AirCanada agent. Aseman manager could barely have a conversation with AC agent. The AC agent was totally confused and that was it! What is the point of paying extra money to an agency who can't represent you?????
We learnt a lot during COVID, the most important one is: with whom to continue business!!!

I was referred to Aseman Travel through a friend. I am frequent traveler to Beirut. I actually used their website to find my flight from NewYork to Beirut. Their airfares were quite competitive especially to Middle East. I usually use Expedia, but Aseman Travel's prices were better, especially with Turkish Airways which is what I usually fly with. I booked my ticket online and my ticket was issued and emailed to me within 10 minutes. They had even taken care of my seat selection and meal request. Glad to have found a full service travel agency.

I have been charged way more than what I was told at the time of purchasing flight tickets from this flight agency. This flight agency refused to provide me any receipt or type of folio at the time of transaction. I neither punch a pin code nor signing any receipt. After disputing charges in questions, merchant unethically produced generic invoice using spreadsheet justifying total charges.

Unbelievable rude staff and manager which call you many times until you give them your credit card information then they won t answer you and won t do their work on time

This agency's answer to previous comment making their customer appreciation rate really clear. It is your job to give customer enough and clear information and knowledge. (you just lie) it shows you have no knowledge how to treat customer which instead of apologizing you just yelling over the phone. I wish I could give this customer service no star!

the staff and management went beyond their responsibilities and duties to get my mother back to Canada through all flight cancelations. They made sure my mother who has mobility issues has a smooth and easy journey.
I like to thank all Personnel especially Ms. Mitra for being there for us all the time( even her time off, at home.) And I will definitely recommend this agency as a professional and reliable travel agency to work with.

I was blown away at the exceptional services provided by Mr. Talebzadeh during my purchase of airfare to Lax as due to some restrictions of time was hard to book.He was very courteous, very helpful and an overall pleasant professional.

I don't generally do this, but condescending treatment that I recieved from this hoax of a place is appauling. They mixed up my flights and actually ended up yelling and hanging up the phone on me. I'm at a small courts claim pursuit with them

I was looking for a number of tickets within Asia and had a hard time doing it online. I called Aseman Travel through a friend's referral and they were able to put a great package including air and hotel. They have a professional staff and were able to find me the packages within a day. I'll definitely use them for future trips and highly recommend them for Middle East and Asia packages.
