If you are here looking for work try not to get a job here. They boast about how they make 2 million dollars a month but can t seem to give their workers a living wage. I spoke to some workers who haven t had a pay raise in 4 years! They do have Christmas parties, pot lucks, and offer free coffee because that s much cheaper than paying people a wage they can actually live off of. You won t have job security unless you can buddy up with the upper management. Ascentron will fire you without explanation or notice. I was not given an explanation or notice before I was thrown out like garbage. I felt disrespected as a human being and I did nothing to deserve that. Ascentron gave me no chance at all. If they didn t like my work, attitude, timeliness or whatever, why not speak to me first and give me the chance to improve myself and make it right before throwing me out like trash? This shows how uncaring this company is. Don t come here unless you want to be stuck in a low paying company that has no consideration for the human condition. If you work here you are really taking a gamble with your lively hood. If you work for Ascentron, then your real job title should be professional gambler.

Only reason to go back are the great coworkers. Pay is little, hours are long. The way to survive working for Ascentron is giving 6 days a week to them, and if you cant work 6 days, supervisor guilt trips and harasses you. Management only cares about their bonus checks, while the great people who work hard everyday make little to nothing. Sad how little this company and management cares about the hard working people that keep this company afloat. If you stand up for better wages you get fired. DON'T WASTE YOUR LIFE WORKING FOR ASCENTRON!

I have been there 27 years. All that is required of you is, come to work on time. Learn your job, and stay focused, you do get help. this is a wonderful place to work for. The employees are great to work with. We are all like family once you get to know us.

I have worked at Ascentron for 14 years and love it! Very much so a family environment.

If your looking for a place to work at that brags about how they make millions in profit each month but refuses to give employees raises every year then this is the place for you. Horrible company stay away from here.
