They are staright out thieves, partnered with people that sell you a service, packaged into a lease and suddenly a small 90 USD payment dfor a service is a 5,000 USD Lease you cannot get out of. THIEVES !!! they should all be in JAIL !!!!
Scott was extremely helpful, even when I asked for several different quotes in several different plans. Their interest rates are extremely reasonable, even better than the ones my own bank was offering me for the purchase of commercial equipment. They will lie to you while taking the loan, then they will structured it in a way were you are screwed and have to pay all the interest, even if you want to pay early.
I will fight this on court, stay away from this company.
SCAM,. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR BUSINESS INFO, NEVER APPLY FOR ANY LOANS OR CREDIT. I TRIED TO CALL AND FIND OUT IF IT'S AN IDENTITY THEIF PROBLEM. FIRST GOT ERIKA AND SHE SENT ME TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT , THEN TALKED TO AMANDA FROM THAT "DIFFERENT" DEPARTMENT AND GOT SENT BACK TO THE SAME LINE THEN GOT DISCONNECTED.
Absolute con artists, the will pitch you an agreement to process your credit card transactions at a low rate, then send you a contract with a 4000 dollar lease for equipment worth 300 dollars. The contract they sent had small text will distort when you try to zoom in. Not only that but they will blatantly lie on a unrecorded line and claim that the contract states what you had verbally agreed to. Incredibly terrible human beings.
Lying, cheating hacks. The salesperson told me on the phone that the term for the charge equipment was 24 months. Since they caught me at my business when I was busy, I did not do my due diligence by reading each paper they sent to sign; so when they sent me a copy of the contract, I planned on reading it thoroughly, but the contract was 25% sized and would not expand to be readable. Last month (April/21), I made a deal on the phone to close the account, and yesterday I got an email that the account is in collections and they want the full amount due. Liars, cheaters and hacks. Buyers beware!!!
They guys are criminals and anyone dealing with them should be aware. I bought a car and finance it through them I Finance $33,000 and my total payments for 6 years would be $59,832. I was trying to get the deal refinance through another company, when I call for my payoff it was over $40,000, now remember I only finance $33,000. I will be reporting them to the BBB and also =researching my legal options.
