I recently purchased artificial turf from this company's website, and overall I had an average experience. The website was fairly easy to navigate and had a decent selection of turf options. However, I found the pricing to be slightly higher compared to other similar companies. The quality of the turf was satisfactory, but I did notice a few minor imperfections upon closer inspection. The customer service was average as well. I encountered a delay in delivery and had to follow up with the customer service team multiple times to get updates. They were responsive, but it would have been better if they had proactively communicated the delay. In terms of installation, the instructions provided were clear and helpful. Overall, the company delivered a decent product, but there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and customer service.
