I had a great experience with this agency! Shana ia the sweetest! I know there are lots of negative reviews here and that's why I thought I should let everyone know of what a good experience I had! She was attentive and got me a great deal forbmy international flight :-)
Shana was helpful to get us multiple tickets for our overseas trip. I had called other travel agency companies, but once I saw the price difference and the great service I made sure to book my tickets with her and associates. She s extremely polite and seems that she is a natural in her profession....

Do not trust this office. They conduct fraudulent activity. Don't waist your time and money with this office specially Mona and Shana. They operate their business like 50 years ago from old Iran, behind of technology and customer service. Just a waist to go to them.
Shana is very direct and forward. She makes sure the client is happy. She proved her professionalism with organizing a world cup tour without a single mistake. I am very impressed. She is also a good human being. If you don't treat her right she will not take the blame. I do recommend her entirely.
Good thing about this dog park is that smaller dogs have a separate area. Very polite dogs jk
