I have worked at the Army Residence Community for a little over 8 months and I want to say it is refreshing to work for a not-for-profit that is truly mission driven. We've got great residents who choose the ARC as their home. They are enjoying a maintenance free life complete with social fulfillment and joy and around like-minded friends. The Army Residence Community is a wonderful place to work. You are able to create great relationships with your teammates working as a group. You can easily communicate between departments and the directors always have their doors open. The ARC provides many benefits for its employees including daily lunch!
The best part about working for the ARC is being able to create genuine relationships with our veterans.

Outstanding place for retired officers. The amenities are there, three places to eat and the food is good.

One of the Best jobs I ever had. Everyone works together it s a team work. Everyone is friendly from the kitchen to the housekeeping to maintenance and CNA s and LVN s. But most of all I love the residence I love the stories they tell you. Amazing place to work at.

Perfect. Stunning. Caring. Immaculate. Family members lived here and one lives here presently. We are secure in the fact that this may be the best venue anywhere for my father. We have never seen one stray wrapper, dustball or errant unmentionable in all the years visiting. Not once. We are amazed. This place is extraordinary. So happy and relieved he is here. He is happy and loves it. We are secure in the knowledge he is well cared for and pleased he is Watched over so well.

I have been working at the ARC for about 6 months now. This is a GREAT place to work!! The team work, the support you get is incredible and the community is by far one of the very best in the entire area!
