The flooring I purchased from Armstrong is amazing! It has completely transformed my home and has exceeded my expectations. If I could give this a negative rating I would. The picture here is of a floor that is less than year old, and the moisture that is causing this defect is from opening an kitchen freezer door to retrieve items. The floor is Armstrong Rural Living Extra Dark. Very expensive floor that is sub par in quality. The smallest amount of moisture causes the finish of this floor to flake off revealing the manufactured floor of a different color underneath. he manufacturer basically states that this is acceptable as they refuse to replace this floor. We even replaced some of the boards, and the same thing started happening win less than two weeks.
My advice, stay away from Armstrong as they do not stand behind their products!!!!!
Brought Armstrong flooring on November 2018 floor has already torn they will not repair it claiming it s our fault because we have coaster wheels on our kitchen chairsThe flooring is vinyl and is very soft be careful they say it s not covered by warranty they do not stand by their product ! T
