my reservation is JKEK43, from Athens to Israel , 3 hours delay , no explanation , no apology . From Tel Aviv to Larnaka , 3 hours delay , the check in staff insisted on me paying for my check in luggage , only after i suggested to check in the manager , the lady agreed the luggage is include , again no apology , no food served , every now and then a lady walks past while waiting yelling at the passenger in hebrew .

I had a pleasant experience flying with Arkia. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall service was satisfactory. The seats were comfortable and the food provided was decent. I would consider flying with them again.
