Arbor Nursing Center

This place is disgusting, would not recommend to anyone they dont lisent to their patients and most of the people there are going crazy or asking for help and not one nurse would do anything they walk right past them..... WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I feel bad for people who dont have family to take them out of there must be horrible....

I live here and believe me, I've seen much worse! Don't be too quick to judge, the important thing is that people are well taken care of here by a competent and very friendly staff.

If I could give this place ZERO or a negative amount of stars I would! This place is disgusting I came straight home and took a shower! The smell of urine when you first walk in is strong , the nurses couldn't tell me where my grandmother was they sent me to 3 different areas each time the personnel telling me they THINK she's in a certain area. I was told by the hospital her heart rate would be monitored and it was not! And when she told them it was too hot in the room they told her to deal with it . Oh and let's not forget the old people in the hallways yelling at me and trying to grab me! And the other old women begging for help as nurses walked right past them ! Would not EVER recommend this place to anyone . Award winning care? More like people who have no idea what they're doing ! Rehabilitation? More like where old people go to spend their last days! My grandmother was there maybe an hour. That place is not fit for anyone!!!

My, mom got transferred to this place just recently and already disappointed.
I' haven't had a chance to speak with her at all. Every time I call it's a differnt story. Today it was they lost the residents phone. What are they hiding in this place and why don't they communicate with family.this wouldn't have been my decision for this place. Would not Recommend..

I was the first patient in this Covid facility for 17 days. My stay there was very comfortable, considering the Quarantine rules of staying in your room. The nursing staff and janitorial staff were caring towards me and would share conversation that would put a smile on my face. The physical therapy Dept was the best I ve ever seen or experienced. If you are having problems walking and desire to walk and get your normal or close to your life style back you most try the therapy at this facility. Even if it s a short stay like mine, I guarantee you will have improvement in your everyday life activity after you experience the personal care of all the therapist at this facility.

This. Place is. Very good they try hard to put the residents first i am about to begin my rehabilitation im in room 18 thats jewish chai for life thanks to all for saving my life

FYI COVID is running rampant in Arbor nursing home. And they are not telling anyone about it at all. My mother came down with pneumonia and has tested positive. If they are being so careful why and how did covid get into the nursing home when the nurses and staff should have been responsible enough to know not to go parting or going out. That on line message about we will take care of them and we will keep you informed about everything! BIG LIES. Rating of five stars so everyone knows. How BAD this place is.

this place deserves Zero stars. My mother in law's mother stayed in for only a week and suddenly she got "moody". No she suffered a heart attack and we never had a phone call or a heads up. We had to call so we pulled her out of this "rehab" center because apparently no one here cares to do their job. And the nurse had the audacity to say we need "permission" to take her. Y'all don't own anybody especially with the "care" these poor people receive. shame on this place.
