There is also options to conduct small celebrations like birthday parties in the roof top.

This apartment is premium class. It's in the main road near gubbi cross next to cornith apartment and opposite to decathlon store and lulu super market. Parking available for visitors. No traffic area. Opposite to Kuvempu layout. Near by tender coconut shop, medical store, vegetable stores, restaurants, bus stop, juice shops, pizza shops are available.

Nice place to reside, though sutuated on a main road, it is far away from maddening traffic

One of my colleague working in Manyata invested here long ago, but now he is suffering due to very poor quality of items used in the property. Even the amenities are in very poor quality it seems. Adjacent there is Haryana group property which is much better than this itseems.

Spacious at the entry line. Close to main road - easy to find without hassle...

Poor architecture.. spacious flats but poorly designed.. they could have done much better.

This looks like a nice piece of land and flats complex right at the Gubbi Cross Junction.

The amount of rooms, cleanliness and space is just great. We enjoyed the Zaccuzi more but sometimes, work on waterpipes!

Amazing spacious 2 and 3 bhk. Quality is top notch. Seems costly but value for money. Top floor swimming pool is just amazing. View from each house is top notch. Builder has not skimped any corners. Was really impressed.

As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a cobble-stone like driveway, flowering plants on either side, and a wide view of the entire area. It has all the amenities you could hope for, including a mini private movie room, billiards/snooker room, a yoga room, squash court, TT table, carroms table, gym, small basketball court and cricket pitch for kids and 2 play areas for kids. The complex seems decently maintained. It has 3 swimming pools on the rooftop with a view of the Hennur skyline.
The complex has a marketing office in-house who are quite helpful with your renting/buying needs.

This aria is basically for IT sector... After 45 days am just getting frustrated about the internet connection... It's not possible to get fiber from outsourcing and it's done bad service... I made a very bad move to come here... Otherwise all other things are fine but I can't do work or call my family in America most of time because internet connection is a working... Very sad

Second review... Definitely I got it... Now am moving out of here because the quality is even decreasing on basic standard. No proper electricity backup, internet cost a bomb and is 30% of speed mention. Cleaning? Am still searching where they are cleaning something!? Security is not there in the building 1/2 of the Time too...

If you see helios... Stay away for sure... Very fast to build... Very fast to Also move out and leave place in bad conditions . Even my balcony... Am 2 years waiting for the paint

I visited the project. it looks so awesome but only concern is about the price. I know its value for money but after demonetization its out of budget for many of them who visited. But feels price is at higher rates .

Large spacious apartments on hennur bagalur road. Security is really good. Homes are spacious. Amenities include a gym, rooftop pool, play area for kids, generator.

Watchful security at the gate. Strict entry and exit from the apartment complex. Allocated guest car parking slots. Narrow entry and exit from the parking, require an experienced driver to manevoure in case of a SUV using the basement parking.
Two lifts were available in block C, did not experience any long waiting time for the lift.
Within the complex observed children playing and enjoying their games. Complex appears to have many resident families.

Awesome complex with ultra modern facilities. Good for families mostly.
