J'ai découvert les travaux de Association APPROCHE-Paille via leur ouvrage numérique, téléchargé sur Rakuten. C'est un bon point de départ pour une première approche, mais pour lancer concrètement un projet, il est vrai qu'une formation ou un accompagnement s'impose ; le livre seul n'est pas toujours suffisant. La structure gagnerait peut-être à être étoffée. Le format numérique présente quelques défauts de mise en page, avec certains décalages dus aux images, mais la lecture reste globalement fluide et compréhensible.

J’ai passé commande sur le site approchepaille.fr et je suis très satisfaite de l’expérience d’achat. La commande a été expédiée rapidement et en toute sécurité, même pour une livraison dans les territoires d’outre-mer, ce qui est appréciable. Pour ce qui est de l’ouvrage, il se veut une excellente introduction à l’architecture, parfaitement adapté aux débutants qui ne connaissent rien au sujet. Cependant, j’y relève une petite limite : le vocabulaire technique est parfois assez pointu. En tant que professionnelle du domaine, j’ai souvent eu du mal à identifier les éléments précis mentionnés, même avec l’aide du glossaire fourni. Bien qu’une différence de terminologie existe entre la France et le Québec, je pense qu’un français plus « international » permettrait de rendre cette discipline encore plus accessible à un public plus large.

Association APPROCHE-Paille propose un ouvrage clair et percutant, qui va droit au but sans superflu. Un grand mérite pour ce livre. Pourrait être formidable d'avoir une version enrichie, avec plus de précisions sur la conception assistée par ordinateur des maisons en paille. Ce serait encore mieux avec un fichier téléchargeable d'un modèle type, comme dans un format SketchUp ou AutoCAD, pour visualiser tous les éléments techniques.
