Apex Couriers

I use Apex for work. Staff are very polite when I call on the phone. The website is a convenient way to place my orders online if I want to. The drivers arrive when expected. A solid courier company!

I've just recently started using Apex for work transactions at our law firm in Burlington. So far, so good. Staff is always friendly when I call and packages are delivered on time, every time. Prices are reasonable as well.

I've used them twice. They delivered as promised same day.

Very polite and cooperative staff. Always deliver on time. Great service.

Driver had the worst attitude ever. Dispatch agrees to a certain timeframe for delivery where we can have someone available to accept. Driver makes his own schedule and then gives attitude when he has to delivery within the agreed upon window. This has happened time and time again with this courier. I'd avoid using them at all costs and our business will be going elsewhere for sure.

Pathetic !!
I was not even informed or phoned when the courier was returned, since I was not available at the destination.
The website doesn't even have online tracking facility.
